Starting as a teahouse in 2008 we quickly realised that what was being provided by brokers and importers was not what the public was demanding. We decided to seek out the best teas from around the world. Our aim was to offer the best of what each region had to offer.
Before the harvests take place we pre order tea, outlining what we like in teas from that region. Once the tea is harvested, lots matching our specifications are sampled. More often than not we will run out of teas before the next harvest takes place. In some cases, teas will lose their defining characteristics in less than year. As we are a small company, we are able to move with fluidity and order accordingly.
Our goal is to continue sourcing Grand Reserve lots and delivering them in an engaging manner to places of excellence.
